Location:

Date:
10 July, 2010 - 10:00 - 14:00

Hi Rotaracters!

We're volunteering at Stepping Stone this Saturday 10 July 2010 from 10am to 2pm - and we need volunteers!
We will be doing gardening, general stuff around the house and interacting with the kids

Stepping Stone house is a community based residential house for adolescents and provides programs of excellence.

Stepping Stone House cares for young people who are homeless, through no fault of their own and who want to be helped. These are no ordinary kids. They have lived through hell – drunken mothers, predatory fathers, violence, terror, cruelty and crime. In crisis, they end up on the street or in refuges, and then at Stepping Stone. The aim is to empower them through nurturing and challenging experiences.

Rotaract helps out by helping with the gardening and maintenance of the house. Please come along - its a great experience.

Please contact Carl Charlier on 0423 654 987 or carlcharlier@gmail.com or Joanne Wood at jp_would@hotmail.com if you can attend.
